Andrew Muchmore
Principal Attorney
​Andrew Muchmore graduated with honors from the University Of Georgia School Of Law in 2008. For the last decade, he has represented clients in complex litigation, arbitration, and appeals. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and established new precedents on issues including the enforceability of no-damage-for-delay clauses, the First-filed Rule in concurrent state and federal litigation, and the application of the First Amendment to secondary effects of protected expression. He serves as general counsel to a broad array of clients in the real estate, technology, and hospitality sectors. His practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation. He has also been recognized by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and ABA Journal for his work in public interest litigation.
Maximilian Travis
Attorney
Maximilian Travis graduated with honors from New York Law School in 2011, where he focused his studies on real estate law. Max devotes a majority of his practice to representing contractors, developers, and sureties in construction litigation. He also represents corporate clients in various forms of commercial litigation, including partnership disputes and real estate litigation. Max was recently recognized by the New York Post for his work in successfully defending frivolous lawsuits filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the New York City Human Rights Law. In addition to litigation, Max represents clients in regulatory compliance and administrative hearings involving the NYS Department of Labor, NYC Department of Buildings, NYC Department of Consumer Affairs, and NYC Department of Environmental Protection.
Sophie Wang
Attorney
Sophie Wang graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law with a Master of Laws in 2013, where she served as an editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal. Sophie graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Laws from East China School of Political Science and Law. Sophie is admitted to practice law in New York and the People's Republic of China. She is fluent in Mandarin and Shanghainese. She worked for law firms in both New York and Shanghai before joining Muchmore & Associates PLLC. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction disputes, and real estate litigation.
Marwan Sehwail
Attorney
Marwan Faruq Sehwail graduated from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2010. Since graduating, Marwan has practiced in the fields of commercial real estate transactions, litigation and arbitration, regulatory investigations, and cross-border disputes and discovery. Marwan has represented global banking institutions, private equity, high-net-worth individuals, and real estate professionals. Presently, Marwan's practice focuses on construction disputes, breach of contract litigation, and representing the interests of individuals in the commercial real estate industry. Marwan is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois and speaks Arabic and Hungarian. Prior to joining Muchmore & Associates, Marwan practiced law at some of the largest firms in New York, and operated a law practice in Chicago.
